About GA Quarter Pool System

With a view to introduce complete transparency and to improve the system of allotment of G.A. Pool Quarters, based on eligibility and choices exercised by the applicants, in allotment of quarters covering Type-I to Type-VI categories, an Automated System of Allotment, e-Quarters System has been introduced.

The person who requires to register themselves under e-Quarters System are :

State govt. employees at Bhubaneswar and at Cuttack requiring GA Pool Govt. quarters at Bhubaneswar and Cuttack respectively.

Existing allottees requiring change of quarters.

All the allottees of GA Pool Quarters.

The benefits of registration:

Allotment of quarters in a time bound and transparent manner.

To be able to know house license fee recovered from the salary of an allottees.

Online redressal of grievance.
